Guinea fowl
The body of guinea fowl – because of its African origin also called guinea-chicken – has much similarity with conventional chickens. Because of the striking plumage (black, gray or blue-green with white dots – “pearls”), one recognizes immediately, that guinea fowl is an exotic breed. The delicate meat is very protein rich despite its notable low fat content.
