On 23.04.24, the cooking event took place in the ambience of the Kochbar Berlin kitchen loft and Polfood was part of the culinary gang. On your marks, get set and cook! Polfood prepared food creations for the participants on several cooking islands together with other exciting gastronomy companies. Many thanks to our cooking team partners Brizza and Hanna. Together with them, we succeeded in preparing our three “Crown Beef” bestsellers: Beef Bacon Strips and Cubes, and Pulled Beef, made into delicious burgers and pretzel pizza. Our meat highlights enhanced the meals and attracted many hungry participants. Not only great dishes were on the menu, but also great innovations, such as a serving robot that made it possible to quickly distribute all the food creations in no time at all.
The cooking event with the culinary gang was a lot of fun, and in particular stimulated new and interesting discussions with customers.
