INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart is one of the most important meeting points for the gastronomy, hospitality and food industry. Among the visitors were our colleagues Mateusz Gilewski and Marc Niedermeyer from the Polfood team, who attended the trade fair.
During the event, they took the opportunity to meet customers and producers in person, exchange ideas and maintain existing partnerships. At the same time, the fair offered many interesting insights into current developments in the industry.
In addition to numerous conversations, there were also several innovations to discover – for example service robots as well as new applications of artificial intelligence in the food sector.
Another focus of the fair was on topics such as digitalization, sustainability, new gastronomy concepts and current food trends. In various talks and special exhibition areas, these developments were presented and discussed in a practical way.
For our team, the visit was a great opportunity to gain new inspiration and experience industry trends first-hand.
